I got a lot of things done today. I uploaded a map of Mexico along with its flag. I added pictures of the flags from the different countries that were in my chapter. I also uploaded 2 pictures of my 3D model. On the picture I put a key that showed that a certain color is a certain element. I also put the chemical formula of the molecule and what molecule it is. I put a little description of what the molecule is. All I have left to do is a commercial and a recipe video. My partner an I are going to be working on the commercial for the next couple of days. Have a good weekend!

I uploaded all my maps today, well except for one. I will be working on making a commercial. Me and one of my classmates are doing a commercial together, we are making a recipe for acne cream. The only map I need to upload is my map of Mexico. Tomorrow I will scan it and put it on the maps page.
Today I uploaded some information and a picture of Saint Anthony. He was apparently a guy who was resistant to infections, fires, and some other things. I will get more maps up this week and work on my 3D model. I will be doing a 3D model over one of the molecules in my book. I didn't get much done today as I hoped I would. I did most of this website last week, but there is more to be done.
I did not do much today. I read a little more about about Albert Hofmann and the Sandoz company. I also responded to a comment about my Herbs page. I added a picture to the background of the Herb page. I will work on more maps.
Today I added pictures of the chemical formulas of some of the molecules that were mentioned in my chapter. I also added more pictures and information of people on my Historical Figures page. I learned that LSD was used as a medicine. I also learned that chemist Albert Hofmann actually tried LSD and he experienced hallucinations. He also worked for a company called Sandoz. I put Hofmann as a historical figure because he is made LSD in a lab and discovered what caused it to make him hallucinate. I think that's important because it was an interesting discovery. I haven't put anymore maps up and I'm not sure if I will get it done today since I missed school. I might get them scanned and put on the website tomorrow.
Haven't done much of anything today. I told a little about my project on my home page. I will add more to Historical Figures and Maps. Speaking of maps, I turned in three maps today in World Geography. The maps I labeled and colored were Poland, Germany, and Africa. I put Africa as a map because that is where one of the medical herbs is commonly used. Germany and Poland were two of the many countries that stopped executing witches. The maps of Germany, Poland, and Africa will be put on the website no later Thursday. Have a good rest of the day! :)
Today all I did was reply to some of the comments that were left on some of my blogs. I did a little more research over congestive heart failure and ephedrine. I learned that congestive heart failure is when your heart is having trouble pumping the amount of blood the body needs. I also learned that ephedrine is not only just a medication, but that it is used mostly for spinal anesthesia. I read a little out of the book and learned about where a few plants are located. Did you know that Acrecaidine ( it is an alkaloid) is found in betel nuts? This alkaloid has a long history of use in the East and Africa.
Today I made a historical figures page. I put it up because I thought it would be something important/interesting. I learned that William Withering discovered Digitalis. He used it to cure treat congestive heart failure. I am going to try to finish my maps page and start researching more about William Withering and some other historical figures in my chapter of Napoleon's Buttons. I am also going to work on more maps so I can upload them to the maps page.
Today I finished two maps that I put on my Maps page. The two maps were of China and France. I put China on my page because Chinese doctors used Ephedrine as an herbal medicine. France was involved with the witchcraft part of my chapter. In 1745, France ceased witchcraft execution.
Today I am working on a page for my maps. Today I learned that frogs carry toxic molecules with them. I finished my page for molecules.I have to finish coloring and labeling my maps. I have to scan the maps that I made and put them on my ''Maps" page. I also finished my Healing and Harmful Herbs page.
